Personal Injury

Personal Injury law involves compensating an individual who has been injured, physically, financially or emotionally, due to the fault of another. The plaintiff in a personal injury case must prove that the defendant caused the injury by either actions taken or by omissions when the defendant should have acted. In either situation, the action or omission must be the proximate cause of the injury to the plaintiff. Finally, the plaintiff must prove the damages were related to the injuries caused by defendant.

We handle all types of personal injury actions, including, but not limited to animal bites, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuries, premises liability and wrongful death. We are also available to consult with clients regarding products liability and medical malpractice claims.
