Commercial Leasing
This transaction involves a landlord and a tenant in a business setting. These leases are more complex than a residential lease. They may include varying durations, rental provisions, build outs, subrogation terms, adornment agreements and many other terms not found in a residential lease. A commercial lease may involve properties such as a warehouse, retail store, shopping mall or an industrial property. They may also include an option to purchase the real estate being leased.
